Equestrian Sport Educative Events
The Equestrian Sport Educative Event (ESEE) is a tool to educate National Officials (Judges, Course Designers, according to the discipline) including the national Coaches with their pupils and Events’ Organisers. Organised by the FEI Solidarity Fund, the aim of the event is to provide training for developing National Federations.
Courses
The ESEE Courses are split into three modules. Each module is conducted over an intensive four day period, with the last day taking the form of a mock competition. Participants are required to do all three modules to be certified as a national official.
Certification
The Malta Equestrian Federation will certify candidates as follows:
Module 1 - Trainee
Module 2 - Candidate
Module 3 - National
Eligibility
The courses are open to fully paid up members who are over the age of 18.
(Demo riders must be over the age of 12).
Participants must be available for the entire course.
Participants who benefit from this training will be expected to work as officials throughout the season.
ESEE Dressage
The MEF is running the third module for ESEE Dressage from 10-13 October.
Competition Results
The ESEE Dressage Course culminates in a competition whereby the judges get to judge local horse and rider combinations under the tutelage of FEI Expert Bertrand Hardy while coaches prepare athletes for competition under FEI Expert Kathy Amos Jacob. Results of the competition are as follows:
