Dressage clinics.
Dressage clinics will be held in conjunction to the EquestriMalta National Championships dressage competitions. Qualified judges will be flown into for the competitions held on Saturday mornings, starting at 9am. Clinics will then be held on the following Sunday and Monday. The clinics will be taught by the judge where competitors can get feedback on their performance and understand what they need to work on to improve. Clinics are open to all MEF members, however preference will be given to competitors who participate in the dressage test that weekend.
Clinics are open to an audience at no charge. This is a great opportunity to learn from your fellow riders. Local coaches are encouraged to come and watch their student’s clinics so that they can help them achieve goals set out by the coach.
CLINICS ARE OPEN TO MEF COMPETITIVE MEMBERS ONLY.
Sessions
Clinics will be held on a one-on-one basis. Each rider is allocated a 1 hour slot, however the coach will decide on the duration depending on what is best for the horse and rider. Welfare of the horse is paramount and lessons will stop when the coach decides. We will not tolerate timing complaints.
Price
Lessons are priced at €65 per session. Confirmation of bookings will only be made against payment and will be offered on a first come, first served basis.
Prices may be amended at the discretion of the MEF.
Refunds
We will do our utmost to stick to the dates that have been advertised, however in the event of bad weather, or unforeseen circumstances, clinics may be postponed or cancelled at the discretion of the MEF. Should the clinic be cancelled, full refunds will be made.
Should riders be unable to participate in the clinics, full refunds will only be made should we secure another booking in their place. Should we not be able to secure another booking a 50% refund will be made.
